A Train of the Canton-Kowloon Railway held up by Robbers.
On the 12th. instant as a train on the Canton-Kowloon
Railway ran into the Shek Pai Station, fifteen wen who had concealed themselves suddenly jumped up and held up the train as soon as it stopped. Nine men boarded the carriages, while the other six posted themselves about the railway and looked out for the appearance of the police. After they had got as much money as they could get from frm the passengers they departed taking x with them booty to the value of over two hundred dollars. The
aut Magistrate of Fun Yu has now been ordered to trace the robbers and
to try to recover the booty.
